How do you ship my order? All our items are shipped FEDEX for the USA and DHL for oversea. All packages are sent with a tracking code.
Shipping
Please make sure you ship your package to a secure location. If a package has been marked as delivered by our carriers, theft is outside of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for stolen package. If packages are lost and not scanned as delivered, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Each of our items is made to order for its unique bride with exceptional care, detail, and precision. Because of this, there is no universal size for any of our products, and they cannot be resold or repurposed. We are a waste and stockroom-free company and for these reasons returns and exchanges are not accepted.
